These Monthly Masterclass sessions allow greater focus and attention to key details that is not allways possible in a class, they also give you the ooprtunity to work on particular aspects of practice. April’s Masterclass will use the Ashtanga sequence to open up key joints to allow the spine to open for back bending, Bringing movement and breath together with flow and grace. with Vicki Shields SYT SATURDAYS 10:15am - 12:15 (start time to suit you finish at 12.15 am) ASHTANGA MYSORE STYLE SELF PRACTICE HALE This is the traditional form of teaching the Ashtanga Yoga method as taught by Pattabhi Jois in Mysore, India. Rather than following the instructions of a teacher, you practice at your own pace whilst given individual guidance and adjustments where necessary. it is like having a private one to one in a group setting.
