Private one to one Yoga
A private one-to-one session is tailored made to suit your own individual needs. It is an ideal opportunity to take the practice at your own pace and the most ideal way to learn yoga. Sessions can be designed to concentrate on the more therapeutic nature of breathing and postures. It is also an ideal way of learning the ashtanga system of hatha yoga. Yoga can help still the mind and strengthen the body, improving concentration and focus.
Every private session includes a free session on the imrs energy mat, helping aching joints and muscles and rejuvenating your energy. Block bookings for evening sessions reduce costs and helps with commitment, giving you every opportunity to bring your body back into balance and harmony. One to one sessions starts from £45/hour for yoga therapy or £60 for Ashtanga Yoga for 1 hour and 15mins
Private groups are an ideal opportunity to practice in your own time, in your own space. The minimum charge for a group of up to 4 is from £65 for 60 mins. We can concentrate on any aspects of yoga, stress relief, core stability, breathing or meditation.
