ASHTANGA YOGA OLDHAM

The class is based on the Ashtanga Vinyasa Primary Series and aims to build your core strength & pelvic floor connection. Through developing the ability to manage your breath and the connection between breath, body and mind, you will be able to tap into the para-sympathetic nervous system, leading to a healthy mind and body.

The intelligent sequencing of the Ashtanga Vinyasa System supports practitioners to develop a greater connection bringing awareness to the breath, how the breath moves and opens the body, bringing strength, stability, focus and supports the development of inner alignment and awareness. 

**Beginners Ashtanga Vinyasa Practice**

A slower practice focusing on body movement and breath connection.

Arrival no later than 5.15pm for In Person and Zoom Room opens at 5:10 pm.

 

**All-Levels Ashtanga Vinyasa Practice**

A practice focusing on body movement and breath connection and following the traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa count.

Arrival no later than: 6:40 pm and Zoom Room opens at 6:35 pm.

 

Investment Drop-in £6.50 or £20 a 4 week pass.

AWAKEN AND CONNECT PRESTWICH

Awaken and Connect is 45-minute practice based exploring breath awareness, core, and pelvic floor connection to mindfully move through postures. Through this practice you will develop strength, stability, and inner alignment, fostering a deeper mind-body link. Start your day with transformative breath-connected asana, transitioning from fight-and-flight to rest-and-digest. Elevate your mornings with focus, support, and a sense of calmness.

This practice is suitable for all levels.

INTRODUCTION TO YOGA  

This is a very gentle introduction to yoga and breathing.

Investment: Zoom Drop in £8 or £56 for 8 weeks class pass (to be taken in 3 months conc. £48).

ASHTANGA YOGA   

This class aims at building your core strength & pelvic floor connection, this along with the management of your breath, leads to a healthy mind and body as it downgrades the nervous system to a more relaxed mode. Combining this with intelligent movement patterns will open the body slowly so yoga postures feel relaxed and stable. Inspired by the Ashtanga system this class will concentrate on different themes each week to build a healthier, stronger and relaxed body. Beginners to this style of yoga are welcome but not suitable for absolute beginners to yoga.

Zoom drop-in £9 or £64 for 8 weeks class pass (to be used in 3 months).
