This class is based on the Ashtanga Vinyasa System and aims to build your core strength & pelvic floor connection. Through developing the ability to manage your breath, you will be able to relax the nervous system, leading to a healthy mind and body. The intelligent sequencing of the Ashtanga Vinyasa System with breath awareness will open the body, bringing strength, stability, focus and support the development of inner alignment and awareness. 

Drop in £7.50 or £52 for 8 weeks class pass (to be used in 3 months conc £48).

WEDNESDAYS 6:15pm -7:15pm


This is a very gentle introduction to yoga and breathing. Introducing the sun salutes to stretch the spine and energise the system. Moving from posture to posture with a continuous breath. Guided relaxation techniques to finish. This class is ideal for those who have never done yoga before. As Yoga is a slow evolution and is by no means a quick fix, we encourage you to sign-up for eight weeks at £56 (to be taken in 3 months conc. £48)  If this is not possible,  drop in £8

This is a self practice class so its not guided by a teacher, we use the Ashtanga Vinyasa sequence as a framework to build self practice, this allows the mind to drop into a deep sense of calm and connection,  like a moving meditation really.

Beginners to the ashtanga sequence welcome but not suitable to beginners to Yoga,

This class aims at building your core strength & pelvic floor connection, this along with the management of your breath, leads to a healthy mind and body as it downgrades the nervous system to a more relaxed mode. Combining this with intelligent movement patterns will open the body slowly so yoga postures feel relaxed and stable. Inspired by the Ashtanga system this class will concentrate on different themes each week to build a healthier , stronger and relaxed body.

This class is suitable for complete beginners opening both your body and breath by leading you through yoga sequences that will cultivate strength, stability and flexibility. Week-by-week, the class will follow themes that will target specific areas, such as bad backs, tight shoulders and opening the hips and strengthening the core. A relaxed and light hearted environment to building your confidence and energy

SATURDAYS  ( monthly starts April 13th)


Like a private one to one yoga lesson in a group setting, rather than following the instructions of a teacher, you practice the Ashtanga sequence at your own pace whilst the teacher gives individual guidance and adjustments to each student where necessary. Some students will have a modified sequence and everyone practices to their bodies needs and ability.  £12 drop-in
