Opening and refining the breath helps to relax the mind and open the body from inside out, by downgrading the nervous system. It is inspired by the Ashtanga Vinyasa Method and uses this intelligent sequence, with standing postures to lengthen and strengthen the spine, hips openers, hamstring stretches, and other postures that open the body safely and slowly, guided by your breath.
