Rachel Broadley Teacher

I started practising Vinyasa and Jivamukti yoga in 2006, and when I found Ashtanga Vinyasa in 2007 it felt like coming home. This led to regular practice and a gradual deepening of my understanding of and appreciation for yoga and its benefits.

After years of practice under the guidance of my teachers Simi Roche, Youngblood Roche (Adelaide Ashtanga Yoga Shala) and Vicki Shields (Ashtanga Manchester), I felt ready to undertake my yoga teacher training with the team at Evolve Yoga in 2019, which furthered my understanding and deepened my practice, as well as giving me the tools to teach. This also led to an increased awareness and exploration of the eight limbs of yoga.

I teach in a dynamic but non-dogmatic way, believing that an element of challenge in our practice can bring about great transformation, but always with a focus on grounding and with compassion.

I am passionate about the benefits of yoga for everybody. My aim is to help people access everything yoga has to offer, for all bodies and levels of experience.
